All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. tnb33 does not accept payments made on behalf of a third party. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using an account belonging to another person will be considered a serious breach and the account may be closed immediately.

tnb33 does not impose any additional charges for deposit or withdrawal processing. However, fees charged by payment service providers or blockchain networks are outside tnb33's control and must be borne by the user.

Regarding the tnb33 welcome bonus:

• A 100% match bonus is given on the first deposit for new members, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Further example: A deposit of RM800 will receive a bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• This bonus may only be used for wagering purposes and cannot be converted directly to cash.

tnb33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus received through illegitimate means, including system exploitation, use of multiple accounts or breach of promotion terms. tnb33's decision in this matter is final.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the game provider.

• The use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
